BCHS registered and licensed practical nurses will closely monitor and observe each new client to assess individual care needs ,and also work with the family to carry out a physician's plan of care. BCHS skilled nurses will help teach families about safety in the home, medication management and other related issues to promote a high standard of well being for each individual.
Personal care aides are trained to provide non-medical assistance to disabled individuals. Caregivers are competent in performing tasks to help with activities of daily living, such as dressing, bathing, toileting, grooming, light housekeeping, errands, medication reminders, as well as assist with laundry and meal preparation.
